125000 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions binding all users of the 125000 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to comply with all provisions stated below. Please read carefully before proceeding.
These Terms take effect from the date of your account registration and are subject to updates from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 125000 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and 125000 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the Terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.
The 125000 platform is open only to users aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet the required age threshold and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under applicable Malaysian law.
Account Creation & Security
Registration & User Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on 125000. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and up to date. 125000 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including copies of official identification documents, for the purpose of Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 125000 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Please notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised or your password has been disclosed to a third party.
You are prohibited from sharing your login credentials with any third party or allowing others to use your account. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs through your account.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the 125000 platform agree not to engage in any activity that is unlawful, fraudulent, disruptive, or detrimental to the experience of other users. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of automation software, bots, or other tools to manipulate games or the betting process.
Any attempt to exploit platform vulnerabilities, manipulate the bonus system, or commit financial fraud in any form will result in immediate action, including account suspension, balance freezing, and referral to the relevant authorities.
Users are also prohibited from:
- Registering using a false identity or another person's information without their consent
- Conducting transactions using a payment method that does not belong to you
- Sharing or reselling platform access to third parties
- Posting offensive, defamatory, or rights-infringing content through the platform
- Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to gain unauthorised access
Payments, Transactions & Currency
All financial transactions on the 125000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via supported payment methods, including FPX, approved local e-wallets, and other methods listed in the account portal.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in their own name. 125000 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from an unauthorised source will be returned and the associated account may be suspended.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits, withdrawal processing times, and any applicable transaction fees are stated in the Deposits and Withdrawals section of your account portal. This information is subject to change and will be updated from time to time.
In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect credit to a user's account, 125000 reserves the right to correct the balance without prior notice. Any winnings derived from a system error are considered void and cannot be claimed.
Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits
Account Suspension & Closure
125000 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for the following reasons without providing compensation: fraud or suspicious activity, violation of these Terms, multiple account registrations, failure to submit requested identity verification documents, or at the user's own request.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may submit a request through the customer support channel. Any remaining balance in a voluntarily closed account will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions have been met, including any applicable wagering requirements.
Platform Liability Limits
125000 is not liable for any indirect loss, loss of profit, business disruption, or data damage arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control such as network outages, power failures, or force majeure.
125000's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 125000 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software, and code — is the exclusive property of 125000 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written authorisation.
Third-Party Links
The 125000 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites for informational purposes. 125000 has no control over the content of such third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from their use. Access to third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
125000 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
